Trish has long been passionate about real estate and is thrilled to be part of the Styer team. Her love of historic homes led her to Chester County twenty-five years ago, where she, her husband Dave and their daughter Saige are active and enthusiastic members of the Kimberton community. She is deeply inspired by the beauty of Chester County’s landscapes, and by connecting friends and clients (many of whom are now friends) with its diverse communities.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Trish worked as a portfolio manager for over twenty years at a prominent investment counseling firm, where she managed investments for corporate and non-profit clients, as well as high net worth individuals. Her experience in financial analysis provided her with strong valuation skills that inform her process of accurately pricing and marketing homes, including unique and complex properties. Trish has knowledge of many Chester County communities and demographics – from Kimberton, Chester Springs, Birchrunville and surrounding areas, to West Chester, Westtown, Marshallton and beyond.
